KODIAK
Venturing’s Nature of Leadership program is designed to develop the Venturer’s
leadership skills using exciting and fun leadership learning experiences. Kodiak is
oriented around a high-adventure trek or trip setting. The course prepares the
Venturer or older Boy Scout to be a “Servant Leader” in his/her crew or troop.
WHEN: Aug 28-29 and Sep 3-6, 2010.
WHERE: 1st weekend - Camp Pollock in Sacramento, Golden Empire Council
2nd weekend – Camp Wolfeboro above Arnold, Mt. Diablo Silverado Council
COST: $125.00 per person.
COURSE SIZE: Limited to 32 participants.
ACTIVITIES: Shooting, rock climbing, canoeing, swimming, hiking (should be able to hike 10-12 easy miles with day pack) and more. Parts A,B, and C Medical and Firearms Activity Consent forms required.
