About our Scouting Programs

For generations, Piedmont boys have enjoyed the outdoors, felt the satisfaction of giving back through community service, and learned myriad skills through the Scout program. Whether a Tiger, Cub or Webelo within the Cub Scout program (1st-5th grades), younger boys work with parents and other adults to learn skills, have fun with friends and family, and give back to the community. The older Boy Scout program (6th-12th grades) is organized by the boys themselves (with appropriate supervision from trained adults, and with a carefully developed curriculum of advancement and achievements). Piedmont’s Scouts snow camp, backpack, cook, serve the community, explore careers and more while learning the leadership and technical skills so essential to later life.
