Virtual Campout!

We are holding our first ever Virtual Campout on Saturday 4/25! This event is open to anyone, Cub Scout, Scout, or Venturer!

We’ll have activity ideas available with a zoom call from 3 – 4 PM on 4/25. You can log-on at your convenience to get activity ideas and share completed projects with the group!

Then we’ll have our Virtual Campfire at 7:30 PM!

Setup a tent in your backyard or patio, or get out sleeping bags in the living room, whatever your family prefers!

Here is the full optional schedule for your family (in bold are Council-facilitated activities):

4/25

2 – 3 PM: Begin setting up “campsite” and getting all supplies needed. Click here for ideas of supplies to have: Camping Checklist

3 – 4 PM: Logon to Zoom and begin one of the activities HERE (will need to get some supplies from around the house)

4 – 5 PM: Finish setting up your campsite, take a picture and send it to Morgan to be added to the virtual scrapbook

5 – 6 PM – Brainstorm and practice skit for campfire

6 – 7 PM: Dinner

7 – 7:30 PM: Final prep for skit (or dinner clean-up)

7:30 – 8 PM – Virtual Council Campfire 

8 – 9 PM – Star gazing (if possible), prep for bed

9 AM: Optional Zoom Meeting: Gratitude and Meditation Session
