2024 Estate Planning Seminar Checklist & Maximizing Charitable Gifts Seminar

Estate & tax laws are always changing. Join us for an interactive evening of discussion about what should be on your estate planning checklist of action items to protect and preserve your assets as well as effective ways to maximize the impact of your charitable gifts. Our distinguished speakers are renowned estate planning attorney Bridget Harris and wealth management advisor Freda Zietlow, both long-time Piedmont residents.
This seminar deals with an overview of estate planning, including what documents every estate plan needs. The seminar will review the current and projected estate and gift tax exemption; it will also cover current estate planning techniques. There will be a review of different ways to maximize charitable giving in 2024, including qualified charitable distributions, DAFs and donations of appreciated assets. There will be time for questions as well!
